At Privileged by J.C Dossier, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the J.C Dossier authenticity tags are intact and visible.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
